5. Treenuts: Nuts, walnuts, etc.
6. Seasame: Seeds, etc
7. Shellfish: Crustacians, etc
8. Soy: soybeans, soymilk, etc.
9. Sulfites: gravy, trail mix, many drinks, soup, potoe chips, ect.
10. Wheat or Gluten: bread, garlic knots, some chips, some popcorn, cake, cupcakes, etc.

Soybeans, along with milk and egg allergies is a allergy that most kids outgrow. Soy os used in a wide variety of food, it is also used commonly in East Asian culture. This food is quite hard to avoid. the soy allergy syptoms if you eat this food and you are allegic to it, you will probly get hives, and nausea.

Milk
Many say milk is a very common allergy, it is very hard to deal with. If you are allergic to milk you can not drink milk, eat ice-cream, eat cheese, or many other things. You can if you have a pill before. This is a popular food allergy, If you eat this food and you are allergic to it you will have what we call an allergic reaction, many people get itchy, or puke. Some people's throats close up, this is not good if you see this happening to someone tell an adult quickly.
